Why are my posts not reaching much? [Reward]

Okay, if someone can help me and it starts working for me, I will offer a small reward of arounf €10/€15 on paypal!

Basically, my account was closed for two years, I reopened it and at the start I was hitting tags a lot some posts 10k etc.. But I got shadowbanned due to my second account and ever since it has messed things up, this is about 4 weeks now. I am in the tags now again finally, and maybe 1 post a week will hit the tags and do good but other than that they wont, here is an example of me hitting explore but very minimal results. I bought an ad from Instagram it didn't help (maybe it would if I done the ad better?)

Anyone have any help for this? Or new things I can try? I've tried lower tags too.
