Why are my hits not count?

Hi i am registered at a site where you have to drive traffic to and earn money.
I send traffic with a traffic exchange site but the hits do not show up.

What are the reasons?
i know it has nothing to do with the country of the hits, cookies and adblocker

which site that is?

Im asking because there can be different reasons...

for example, your refferal is always the same

Did you place the right code on your website? And is the network is trusted ?

The referal does not matter. Sorry but i wont tell you the site.
the network is trusted, but what do you mean with right code?
