Why Are Legitimate Posts Being Removed While Spam Threads Stay Up?

I think BHW isn't the same platform it used to be Just two days ago, I created a post because I needed Tiered backlinks When I checked it yesterday it had been removed and the message said that I am no longer allowed to post in that section.

At the same time I've noticed that spammers create new accounts and somehow get 15–16 comments on their threads within an hour yet their posts aren't removed. Meanwhile I am not violating any rules but my posts keep getting removed. I honestly don't understand why this keeps happening.
