Why are instagram panels down?

Im just trying to satisfy my curiosity. Im new to this entire panel business and i was using the service of one and i thought it was the best thing. I only used it for my personal account to gain a little extra likes which felt cool. However i noticed a lot of panels are no longer working.


What has happened, did IG change something to stop panels or whatever? Just curious
