Why are Google Maps URLs suddenly not indexing in Google ?

So a couple days ago I noticed that in Google My Maps any map URL I made public on the Web were not getting indexed at all no matter what I did. But always before the second I created them and manually submitted them to Google for submission they would instantly get indexed in Google. So why might this be ? It's been days for some URLs still not indexing and these are google properties.
