So I recently got a Fortnite Compilation recommended and clicked on it since I was wondering if it is monetised, turns out that it was and still is.
Now I thought it must surely just have been claimed and thats it, but nope, there is not a single claim.
The channel I am talking about:

I know that he could have just bought a monetised channel, but since he is uploading his compilation stuff without really editing the Clips at all, shouldn't YT have already cracked down on him?
He also doesn't have any claims for copyrighted music, so he didn't use that method.
And if you are thinking that YT is not doing anything because the channel is already established, here is an example of someone who uploads since only 10 months but is also monetised:

There are tons of more examples, so can anyone please explain how this is possible and why YT doesn't take away their monetisation?
The only reason I could personally think of is that every single one of those channels has the common practice to say something like "use our code" in the first few seconds of the video with their own voice, but can that really be enough?
