Why are campaigns always rejected?

In my opinion, there are three main reasons: content policy violations, ad account issues, and text formatting errors. Which do you think is the core reason why campaigns are always rejected?
Account issues and promoting too aggressively too soon is the reason of up to 90% Meta account bans.

Usually policy violations are the biggest reason, especially when the ad itself or landing page crosses a rule.

Approval outcomes are largely determined by the creative elements, followed by the content. Links are also reviewed but do not have a significant impact. Rejections are typically due to policy violations, though recently, "spam" has emerged as a reason when profiles exhibit signs of unusual activity.

I’ve run into this before and sometimes the reason isn’t obvious from the rejection message I’d first check the ad copy landing page targeting and account history one by one Usually there’s a specific policy or setup issue causing the repeated rejections

Given everything you have described, it happens mostly with ads like CBD, sweepstakes, carousel image text. Ultimately most rejection i have seen is connected to content policy

If you have campaigns rejected its because the Meta's review system is catching something thats violating the guidelines
Correct the ad creatives and the text. if u cant do that then use cloaking techniques from the ads dashboard itself
If that too doesn't work use external professional cloaking tools

The meta-algorithm will flag landing pages, images, or content containing sensitive or inflammatory language, or your ad may be flagged due to user reports; these are some of the primary reasons why your ad might be rejected.
