it's about quality of account, fresh account will be banned easily + if you are working on aged accounts, fb algorithm is not very stricted about such a accounts

no reliable proof for sustain of aged accounts for processing ads than new accounts,this all depend on the niche promoting with the ads account if approve for promotion. Most banned fb ads accounts reported to be promoting unapproved niche/content.
 
FB will calculate the trust score based on the long of account used , accounts will usually be much more stable . If you want to buy, create a post on want to buy or find a suppliers
