My hands are cold and shivering even when the thermostat is on 32 degrees c. I don't what is happening.

If you are a smoker - stop smoking. It causes bad circulation.

Bad blood circulation can cause cold hands

You might be http://www.fergon.com/amemia-and-cold-weather/.

"Individuals who are diagnosed with anemia do not have enough healthy red blood cells in their bodies. Iron is an essential mineral that helps red blood cells transport oxygen in the body and deliver nutrients and heat to the cells. When iron levels are low, the body’s red blood cells can’t function properly and sensations of feeling cold may occur."

Iron deficiencies are also linked to a lethargic thyroid and hypothyroidism, which can make the body even colder. Cold intolerance caused by anemia is especially evident in the hands and feet and may be accompanied by fatigue and shortness of breath.

I'd suggest going somewhere where you can receive a CBC and all necessary paperwork and lab results: https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/anemia/diagnosis-treatment/drc-20351366

It's nothing out of ordinary, happens with many people, who type a lot. Use typing gloves or fingerless gloves.

Go to the doctor, I had one friend with the same issue.
Rest in peace Pablo.

Might be a thyroid issue, get your hormones checked. Could be hypothyroidism.
