Why am I not page one? My backlinks > theirs

My keyword: About 51,100 results. There are a few websites on page 1 with less than 100 PR0 backlinks but here I am with over 250 backlinks with PR0-PR6 stuck on page 3. Also, I've noticed alot of the websites on page 1 have very weak backlinks but they contain the backlink seopivotdotc0m. I've ordered a SB blast from fiverr as well as 100 angela and paul profile backlinks. Any clue as to why I'm not ranked higher? For those who would really like to help me, PM me and I'll tell a select few my keyword.

There is more than just backlinks, domain age and lots other stuff.

If it was just backlink numbers google would have alot of crap sites on the 1st page,it's that simple.Content is king.I don't know your niche but maybe create a page and put some articles up etc.A site which gets frequent updates is held in higher regard.If your site is quite new then that could be why you're not climbing as quick as an older domain.Bing is notorious for holding back the 1st page unless your domain is a certain age(8 months and over ish).
I'd start going for links from relevant sites about your keyword.A spammy link that comes from a page selling viagra etc is not great.
If it is a local keyword try and get links from local sites.

My competitors have no new content. Some of my competitors haven't had new content in months. My domain isn't new but isn't old either.

The number of backlinks is just one of the many factors for the ranking. What about the quality? What about the trustworthiness of domains which are linking to your competitors? What about the link age? Also think about anchor texts, ********/nofollow, IP diversity etc.

I am assuming you do not have exact match keyword domain name? It is not necessary but if you competitors have an exact match they will rank higher with significantly less work from my experience.

I have once seen a parked domain with absolutely ZERO content and ZERO backlinks rank higher than me on page two because it had an exact match domain name.

Just continue building backlinks. Try updating the website with new pages that sometimes help me.
