My site is not getting indexed even though google news is registered

You've gotta walk us through it, bud. When did you start having the indexing problems and what you have tried to index aside from Google News?

Go to robots.txt and check if there are no such lines: User-Agent: * (leave that)
Disallow: / (this should be removed if there is any)
Now indexing may take much longer than before. Try to wait couple of weeks. Although strange that your site is in g news
Actually, u should write to Google itself. It's strange that site is not indexed in search engine, but is in Google News

Probably something isn't set up properly in the Google Search Console, go there first and see if you have any issues reported, as they usually give these reports quickly if they detect some problems. Also, try to manually add all URLs from the site to the Webmaster tool to be sure they have all been submitted for the indexing process, as it sometimes happens that the algorithm just oversees them. It is a bit strange that you could be indexed just in the wrong place, so there probably aren't some issues with the site itself, but maybe just with some submitting methods.
