Recently, I was in a section and noticed that I don't have any privileges.
https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/free-review-copy-ctr-manipulation-with-pogo-sticking.1728037/

They mentioned the requirements as follows:

Who can apply?
  • Only Active Members who visit the forum frequently , with more than 50 posts on the forum and registered at least 1 month ago.

I meet all these criteria, so why am I not able to reply?

because of rule

You must have a post count/message count of at least 150 + account age of at least 30+ days OR be a Jr. VIP or a Marketplace Seller in order to be a reviewer in this section.

You missed this part — the requirement is clearly stated.

The official rule for this section is indeed 150 posts minimum. It's applicable for every post in that section.
The member who created that post and mentioned 50 posts made a mistake.

Same thing happened to me once even if you meet the 50 posts + 1 month rule, the thread can be locked after they pick testers. It frustrating, I know. Maybe PM the seller directly, they might still have a spot.

OK, this is understandable. It was a member's mistake.

That is a review section, so I don't think it's allowed to ask for reviews via private message
