Why am i getting different positions with different browsers?

Firefox with google.com = 3rd on page 1.
Firefox with google.co.uk = 2nd on page 1.
IE with google.com = nothing.
IE with google.com = nothing.

What the hell is this?
Different index's at different data centers?

For starters your website will rank differently in the UK than it would in the US. Your websites probably ranked so well because you have clicked it so many times, or google is basing its results on your region. IE probably has not presaved any of specifications like google does on its own, and is probably showing the accurate ranking. It's hard to say just based off this description, can you give your keywords and your sites URL and I will look into it for you.

Oh dear, i think i found what it was, i was logged into my google account on firefox, but not on IE, back to the drawing board i guess, my site isnt ranking in the top 1000 in google, but is page 1 on both yahoo and bing, what a load of bs????
