more karma mean you post something other peoples find usefull..... so ofcourse karma with a lot of post will atract peoples and make them read the post from high karma member as they are just more trustworty

Define "attention". As long as you can post, you can get attention. Whether or not you can post it depends on the individual sub's filters

High karma accounts look more trustworthy, so users and Reddit’s algorithm give them more visibility. New accounts often get filtered or ignored until they build history and credibility.
