This might sound crazy, but I’ve found that having 100% 5-star reviews doesn’t always look natural to Google or to customers. A profile with 40 five-star reviews and 2–3 honest 3-star ones often converts better and can still rank just as high.
One client of mine panicked when they got a 2-star review. Instead of deleting it, we responded politely, addressed the issue, and asked the customer to try again. That response actually brought in new customers who said they trusted the business more because of the transparency.
