As we all know, the almighty Stitch Method has been leaked. In this thread I will explain why most people will still fail with it.
First of all, Tiktok already knows about it so it's just a matter of time until it gets patched. Even if you use an .apk or .ipa with a specific version that works, TT will probably stop pushing Stitch videos like they do now and they will classify them as normal videos and most likely detect your stitch as a duplicate video and not push it to FYP.
Secondly, it doesn't 100% guarantee that you will go viral, sure it gives you an extra boost (mostly because the video already proved to be good since it became viral so the retention is guaranteed) but as most of you know, you still need some luck to become viral, I'm sure there's a lot of you guys who create very high quality videos but they still don't get views, which leads to the third and most important point:
Shadowbans and multiple accounts. THIS is the main reason you're not successful with the stitch method or normal videos. Even if you have the Stitch method, you still have to deal with:
1. Targeting US audience, which can be done easily with a SIM, but even if you have SIM you can't endlessly spam with your own IP so if you have static IP, you need to use 4G proxies which are very expensive, if you have dynamic IP you are safe (you can just get a new IP after you reset your router and continue using SIM only).
2. Creating multiple accounts and making Tiktok think you are a new user with a new phone (avoiding shadowbans). Goes without saying but this is the most important step. Tiktok knows you've created multiple accounts and this is one of the reasons they don't promote your video as much or straight up shadowban you. Remember when you posted your first Tiktok video? Most likely it got somehow viral and even if it didn't get viral it still got more than 500-600 views (which tiktok limits you to when they see you've created more accounts).
So before asking why the Stitch method doesn't work, consider the points above. If you made it work, milk it now with all your resources cause I'm not sure how long it's gonna last.
If you figure out how to make Tiktok think you're a 100% new and genuine user, you don't even need the stitch method to get viral. So my advice to everyone is to focus more on how to hide your fingerprints instead of magical methods that get you viral. The only magical method that gets you viral is to fool TT into thinking you just joined their platform.
