Why 4g rotating and not static?

What is the best method of using 4g proxy (home build)?
Should I reset the ip at night ?
Should I reset every 1 hour ? (this seems suspicious since all the account will have diffrent ip at the same time!)

Should I just not change the ip ever ? Also not that good idea as 4g ip changes from time to time no ?

Yes, it changes whenever you disconnect/reconnect to the internet or put your smart device to airplane mode for a little while and back. 4G ip addresses are dynamic, not static. Changing the ip is natural, when it's done too often, it's not.

But you see, you have 10 users with same IP, now you change the ip, you have all your 10 accounts that bot changed their IP, that is a bit NONO IMO.
