Whose your best fresh socks5 proxy provider. No VPS/ data locations

I need a good supplier of socks whom doesn't use vps.data centres. Must have a good UK supply and not blacklisted. Similar to VIP72. Must be able to chain to vpns straightforward enough ( not change of IP restricted) and not on MMinds target list.
