Finding a good partner is extremely difficult, much like marriage. You gotta date for a bit to make sure that you are good for each other, sometimes you just instantly know. I've got an idea I want to JV on, but getting all the ducks in a row first before approaching the community with a solid business plan & logistics sorted out. I'll want a partner, not need one - it's good to have someone to discuss issues, throw out ideas, etc.
