I find JVs very difficult. I'm a perfectionist and a work horse and it is hard to find anyone who works in way that I can synchronize with them. I've tried JVing with a few different people. The only one I feel was a success was the one I did with Marusia. We didn't make any money but I learned a ton from her because she has such a different style than me.

I love these threads.

This community has so much talent that has HUGE value to Corporate businesses. The more meeting I have with large business owners the more excited I get.

It's a shame I have not been on here for so long.

The term "JV partner" has always sounded like some sort of gay marriage term to me. If I ever have a venture with somebody from BHW, they'll be my "Special Guy Friend with Benefits."

I have a JV going on with a friend from out side BHW and am currently in the process of starting a JV with another person from out side BHW. Think it would be a nice experience doing a JV with a reputable member from bHW though. Think the best thing about doing JV's is the stuff you learn from each other, the friendship you gain from the experience is one of the best. Someone you only know over the internet and you trust them enough to not screw you over and the respect they give you back aswell.. Not alot of that is seen in the real world!

The annoying thing is there is probably a lot of money wanting to invest in real JV's but of course the idiots and scammers spoil it.
