It's a pretty big conference for everything webmaster related. Heaps of interesting topics covered. SEO/SEM, affiliate marketing, emerging media, social media etc.

But the real value is in the networking after hours (it's held in Vegas) so lots of drinking, socializing, deal making and contact building.
