Who's doing 7878's method? What do you have to share?

Hey guys! Who here has actually gone through with 7878's method? More importantly, who is willing to share their experience, perhaps some tips. How was the process? How is it going for you now? What do you wish you had known when you stared?

I have read a few cases and I don't mean to come off sounding as if I have not googled. I was just trying to start up a current conversation between some people presently doing so.
