So I plan to start my own store with my own products (made by me). But I have some roadblock on my way.

I know nothing about how a store should ship. I don't know what should the deadline be nor what is my return policy.

I don't have a payment processor except for PayPal merchant account. I come from the affiliate marketing world so this is the first time I am selling something online. I have read a lot of reviews but, to be honest, it's hard for me to make a decision. Last time I checked, since I am from the EU, Stripe doesn't support my country. From my research 2Checkout and Braintree seem to be the best ones, what are your experiences? Obviously, I don't want the money people pay me to be stuck on there, or in some crazy nightmare, for them to steal my money.

About the shipping method, I can use my country's postal office. But I am not sure how long does it take for them to deliver the items. I suspect that delivery in the EU is fast but in the US? I can add FedEx or DHL as an option for example but that would cost more. How do you help customers survive that shipping cost shock? Could it be possible to make a special deal with them to lower the cost? What is the normal waiting time for the product to come after you buy it online?

Cheers!

I am looking sell the products on my site and if a shop wants to sell my products sell to them at a wholesale price. That part is not yet refined.

OP you can start reading threads and blogs about ecommerce stuff for real.

Search whatever what you can find about ecommerce stuff, read it, and then read it again

You could use Amazon FBA to deliver your products to your clients

I am looking for real experiences regarding this specific problems.
