Wholesale China Purchase - Questions on Legality

Hey everyone, quick question on what's going on. Got an idea from another post about buying wholesale from china and selling it for profit. Thing is, I'm not looking online to sell. I want to take these to my local flea market and sell it for a profit, but I was reading some of the things online about selling replicas and such. Now that's where my question comes in:

Legal or not legal?

Sell a purse with a brand name on it?
Sell a video recorder with no name on it?
Sell a cannon camera from china?
Sell and mp3 player that looks just like an iPod mini?

My main concern is that although I'm sure the customers don't care where it's from, the market that I want to sell at is very popular and have been know for cops to look for this stuff.

Any help on china brand name whatever selling would be great!

-if it has a brand name, it has to be authentically FROM the company that makes the brand.

id be more concerned about customs busting you with a big haul than a cop possibly noticing while walking by

In China, First time i went to a supplier factory for MID, they told me: sell it, tag any name as you like; bigger companies made bigger order from us, but the products are more or less the same..... But i can promise mature brand products come out after xxtest. xxxtest.xxtest...
