Hello,

Quick question. When creating backlinks, will it matter if some of your whole url links start with http and others start with www or will the link juice be passed anyway?

Usually, without the http(s):// the link will not work, but it really depends on how the source handles hyperlinks.

here both work, so both will pass link juice.

The anchor text itself can be anything you want, from keyword phrases to generic calls to action, to domain names, or whatever else. The actual URL that the link itself points to though, should ideally have the full HTTP or HTTPS part to avoid any possible issues, as Techxan noted.

I would post some examples, but my account is new here (been lurking for years though, lol), and I don't think I can make any posts with URLs in them at this time.

I don't think you will have problem in any version of the URL. Using both of the methods should provide you good anchor text diversity as well.
