Who'd you recommend for a custom insta bot?

Just looking for a simple bot that'd reply to DM's but haven't had much success in finding a competent party to produce it. I tried Indianbill007 but the guys he works with aren't cutting it. Any suggestions for people here or websites/companies elsewhere that can make it happen?
