Who would you recommend for best VCC?

I am in the market for a VCC, that you can shop with anywhere online. I have a method that I am about to implement and I need several of these cards so I can set up several account using different cards.

I need them today. Anyone have suggestions?

I had done a search but they are offering vcc that are one time deals. Going to get a lr or wmz as that will lift my options.
