Yeah, I get more done from midnight to 5am than I do in the earlier morning (and afternoon as I'm not home most of the time).

Same, most productive from like 8-2am. Dunno why.

because of the pressure . it's getting you more relaxed and you can move/think faster , a very big disadvantage on this time frame of working hours it's for young peoples when you will be 29-30-35 years old will have very very serious problems with the sleeping :) , I`ve '' worked '' on night shift like 6-7 years , and trust me took me like 3 years to fix up my fucked life back .... well I can't say now i`m perfectly healthy but at least I can sleep when I`m going to the bed ...

I actually tend to stay up 4-5 days at a clip, before crashing on day 5 or 6. Actually find the less sleep I have the more productive I become.

Also, I find pressure helps, I used to write all my college papers the night before they were due, heh. ;D

I've always felt so damned lazy until after 5pm. Like I'm some sort of mindless zombie laying on the couch chatting until around now and then im in the mode.

I think im nocturnal, lol

I remember reading a study about people who like to be up later are more successful in life($$ earners). Have no idea where this is or how to reference it.

I have always been a night owl and like to work at night. Just seems like it is the way of the internet entrepreneur.

Yes, I agree, it is so much easier to work at night, mainly because there are no distractions like chatting with people. Also that "damn, I should be outside on this nice day" temptation is not there at night.

Yup mate I'm the same, although I live at a uni campus, providing nothing is happening, most people go to bed around 3am, therefore there's no distractions, phone calls etc = greater productivity, basically IMO it's down to less distractions.

Hmm basically i have always though and have been pretty much , i can't get much done after 12 am ;P well writing in here now i see :) Getting so tired (2:44 am) that my thoughts are more on trance music im listening on :D But no distractions Indeed, only bad thing as at the time i can get back on sending few emails america is starting to sleep behind the atlant lol.

----> back to get few things sorted out :)

yes, I'm much more productive at nigh, i can think faster, now i'm trying to get back to normal time, it's really very difficult, and I'm not that productive when i work from 9am to 5 pm :S

i am more productive later at night, however, my brain functions much better in the morning when i wake up.
