Exactly, there is nothing like Free lunch in SEO world. If someone agrees to take up your job at that amount, you probably be throwing your money away.

Better raise your budget or try doing something else apart from SEO.

That would entirely depends upon the website and keywords you looking to rank considering how tough it will be to rank. But for a start be prepare to shed around $300+ per month for some real and long term results.

If you think ranking a site in top serp for specific keyword is "very easy task" then PM me with your previous work and portfolio. I got tons of work for you. If you cant, stop messing around.
