I am here to exchange backlinks for your website or blog, i have some websites and some of them have PR3 so if you're interested then reply me :-)

First mistake is saying PR3, no one cares about PR and you should not either. If you have some quality domains for exchange then put some other stats up and what type of backlinks the site has. JMO :)
 
Also this user is brand new to the forum, it isn't really a good idea to give out your Website URL's and niches until you have carried out your due diligence.

Ask to see OP's sites FIRST and get him to prove to you that he can place a link on them before revealing your sites.
 
Am I wrong or PR was resetted and deleted? And now all pages are shown with 0 PR?

Soo, all you have now is some PR0 websites :D
 
Yeah you're almost right :-) and PR doesn't matter now,and i'll share all stats and type of backlinks with that person who will interested in exchanging :-)
 
actually i ain't sharing any type of URL here . if someone will be interested we'll talk personally on another social network about it.
