I searched around and couldn't find any real stories about them, however I have them as my main affiliate network and with over 2k clicks ive yet to get 1 sale. The traffic is fairly targeted and I could be just having a dry spell but I find it hard to believe not one person has bit. Anyone use them for awhile and know if they are "fair" or not?

I couldn't get them to pan out. I moved on to tattomedia and neverblue.

I get tons of clicks with them and ZERO sales. However, no problems with other affiliates

Iuse them to but I belive its not to much the affiliate rather the traffic to that product. Linkshare or anyone else will pay for sales but its up to the vistitor to complete a sale as well.

I use linkshare and I am doing ok. I make more with CJ, but that could be because the affiliates I have in CJ could be more popular.

I've been with LS for a while and haven't had much success with them, at least not as much as other networks. I think if they had better offers they would do a lot better. On the other hand it could be just me.

i have had decent success with them this year. it just depends if your traffic matches the offer. i have been paid late a few times from them but that is the advertisers fault not theirs.

Hmm, Who would you suggest then? I have looked at cj and they some about the same, I do like linkshares datafeeds for autofeeding my blog but if i cant get a sale its uselss

I used them in the past, got their checks twice or 3 times.
but the check payment system is too 'slow' for me.
1 month for the mail to reach my address, and 1 month for the funds to reach my account.
Not to say the exchange rate and bank fees is quite high.
Once adsense payment avaiable on WU, I focus my efforts on adsense.
Instant payment with less fees (no fee I must say) and the exchange rate is better.

I was worried about using adsense because of how strict they are and I heard they dont like affiliate websites, which is pretty much the majority of my content at this point. I cant find a good way to mask the links so its kinda out and in the open for them to see.

I rank number one for a pretty obscure but very targeted keyword. I got about $40 in that account from that one post. We'll see if I get paid and when....

I have used Linkshare as an affiliate manager and affiliate. I still use them because they lock merchants with an exclusivity clause preventing them from having an in house program or going to another network.

Paying late is false and wrong and THEIR FAULT ONLY. And unfortunately most of us active affiliates do not protest against that.

If an affiliate network promotes an offer it should pay on time, every time.
There shouldn't be any relation to whether the offer owner paid them or not. They should be the ones to find the right way to do it. Not us waiting for them.

Since affiliate marketing is not regulated nor supervised or organized; fucked up things like that (and other commission theft strategies) happen regularly.
