Who uses Google Alerts? (from meathead1234)

I remember meathead1234 saying something along the lines of... "signup to google alerts, when a new story comes out, post your message with your link, and gets views" ... SOMETHING like that.

My question is... do I just copy/paste it? ... After doing it 100+ times, wouldn't G00gle be like "Ye... he's copy/pasting... blah blah blah BH"

??

Make it look natural. My suggestion is to have multiple messages then spin those into more..

Meatheads idea was to go manual about it, simply posting a reply to a thread which goes viral and getting your comment as no.1 means you will get a lot of traffic if your comments are elaborate. I am using it for traffic generation purposes to my main sites when I have some spare time and it is working well.

galerts sends you emails when the content is up to 5 days old. Not very effective in my opinion.

Well set them up correctly and it shows you stuff the same day it is indexed or even right away. That should cover all the popular stuff. Of course if you are using its vor something very niche the sites that publish something might just not be crawled as often.
