Who uses a 4g UK dongle with AT commands and what's its name ?

Its simple I'm looking for UK available -- 4g dongle that has AT commands capability's.
Please let me know the name of the dongle.. very much appreciated

It is called “sim card reader”.

Some old nokia phones might be able to do it with debug cables, as well (from a computer that is).

You probably can run at commands on them. I remember doing something similar for sending smses from my computer. Can’t remember exact model though. Sorry.
