    Hello everybody

I?m bought three weeks ago Atomic Mail Verifier software, my happiness with the new toy lasted two days, then my ISP blocked port 25.
I bought proxies and it did not work.
I bought VPN services, guess what happened, yes, didn't work.

They advised me to buy proxies with port 25 open, I have been doing several investigations about proxies with port 25 open, and I got negative responses, They say most proxies providers do not enable port 25 which is mandatory.

The next text below is the email I sent them today.

I want to ask you, how your customers verify emails in these cases?, I suppose most of them are having issues with this software, does your company has tutorials or documents to help customers who buy the software of Atompark?.

Atompark should provide advice and support about how is the best way to use Atomic Mail Verifier software?.

According to my personal experience nobody can use this software for a long time, so, I can conclude the software is dysfunctional.

Since I bought the software I have sent enough evidence about this issue (videos and screenshots).

I bought proxies and VPN services to use it, and still can not be used.

I will appreciate that Atompark team tell me the truth about the software I bought.

    Thanks.

    After a while they answered:

The truth is that the program works properly if port 25 and 53 are opened, if not - you can still run domain and syntax check. You need to have a proper proxy server that would work with the program. Unfortunately we do not provide proxy servers or any guidance on where to find one.

If somebody still use Atomic Mail Verifier, please help me, I don't know what else to do.

Thanks in advance for your help. :(

Has anyone found a solution to this? I've just started using this program and am concerned my ISP will take action if I don't find another solution. Any ideas?
