Who or what do you use to generate leads?

I'm looking for services for help generate leads for me for some offline work that I'm planning. It's along the lines of re-writing or spinning ads so that they can be reposted in different ways on websites like craigslist or other ad sites. Most of the ads will just need to lead the potential client to my website or provide a number so the client can reach me (the sale can be completed easily through website). I've read some services provided before, but have forgot their website links (like those microworker websites). I've checked the usual suspects, fiverr and such, but was wondering what you guys currently use to help generate offline leads, and how much you pay per ad or service.

So are you looking for someone to spin your ads or what exactly? I want to help but your thread is a bit unclear.
