Who needs a referral for a domain website?

I'm about to purchase a domain. I'm willing to use someones affiliate link if they can provide me with the cheapest and best hosting there is to use. Is Ipage legit? Or is their referral program just really good? Hope someone can help me.

I'd just like to say, I've also moved from bluehost to hostwinds recently, and wow! What a difference it made. My sites load much quicker than before. Also with hostwinds, you can pay by monthly, where as some other hosts require you to pay a year at a time. Just wanted to share my positive experience with hostwinds. Good luck with your search
