Hi guys. I am an SEO beginner and read for many threads here.
And I noticed a lot of useful information on this forum, I am interested in reading some authors, their reasoning. I am really thankful about dis. Since I currently do not have enough knowledge to bring my benefit here, I would like to ask for your advice. I think that this will help me and I promise to return with useful thoughts for you soon. Now I am at the stage of buying a domain and have learned a lot about it. There is a domain that is interesting to me, but there are no complete data about it in ahrefs. I studied the web archive and found that, in fact, this domain never had a complete site. I would like to know your opinion, wherein this case does this domain have 40+ DR?
Domain name: SupportNumberAustralia.com
Domain price: approx 300$

p.s. Sorry for my English, I am a beginner in learning English too.

Rule #1: never post the domain you want to buy. People will take it for themselves if they can.

never mind about it. I have 100+ domains list for my pbn net. Just sometimes I don't understand y such domain has high price without any content ever and full of redirects and my hunch that this dr this is an indicator of another domain that is being redirected to... but which one? only God knows...

I would suggest to take it.Follow an influencer like brain dean etc.Improve websites on-page focus on it for like 3-6 months.Try to promote it.Interface must be user friendly.

Sharing the domain name publicly isn't a good idea. Just focus on backlinks profile & spam score.

Well, Ahrefs domain rating is not sufficient so you can give the domain its score/value. Try to pass throw this checklist:
  • Are the pages on the domain still indexed by Google and shown in the SERPs?
  • Domain age, how old is the domain/ when was the first time google detected it. For this, you can use archive.org
  • Did the domain had any Google search console penalty, you can use Ahrefs for this and check sudden traffic drop
  • If you are planning to use Adsense, check for AdSense penalty
  • Check archive.org of the website, if the content were relevant or spammy (keyword stuffing...)
  • When it comes to backlinks, how many domains point to it? Check top backlinks content and how good is it, it's a real website with traffic or a website made for SEO purposes? do this for the top pages pointing to your domain
  • How much are the spammy links pointing to the domain rate
  • Check social signals, there are few tools that you can use for that
However, these are the main checks that you should do. Basically, you have to go over all the known google ranking factors for both off and on-page SEO

I hope that can helps, best of luck!
