i use US country ,i add 45$ Budget to 1000$ have this problem ?

There is not necessarily something wrong with the billing. This is just normal procedures. They are checking you out before they start running your ads.

Google is like any other business. They won't send out the merchandise until they get their money or check out you're not trying to scam them.

sometimes it clears and the account is active, other times it gets banned in that review process. keep your fingers crossed. give it 3 days.

I had the same thing, but it was alright afterwards. Make sure there is nothing suspicious.. Some people get banned but only if there is a reason. Give it a couple of days..

Don't worry mate, i got this too and in the end everything is fine after 2 or 3 days. Just wait and it will be ok as long as all the information you provided is right.

hi did you ever get this problem sorted? i had same problem around 2 years ago and only yesterday i set up a new account and everything was fine. i tried getting a voucher from google for free adword credit and this morning my account is under review again. i read the google voucher terms and conditions this morning and noticed it says "Offer valid only for sign ups through the URL provided for the promotion by customers with billing address in the US.". the problem is i live in the uk so i guess this is the problem as the next term and condition is "Your use of this voucher and/or the promotional credit constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions."

just seems a very unreasonable thing to get completely banned and suspended for?
