I haven't purchased this product so I can't say for certain it's either of these 2 methods. Affiliate hijacking is normally done 2 different ways. 1 is cookie stuffing the other is thru some sort of toolbar like ZangoCash (privately owned, so you can't really jack affiliates with your referral id). With that said, this book probably talks about the former method (Cookie Stuffing). Search this forum or google it, it's pretty well known and talked about. Good luck.
