Who is Using Social Blaster?

Hi -

I was wondering who in the forum is using Social Blaster? I saw someone here a few days ago who was advertising it on their sig, and was just curious to know what people thought about the tool, and how they are using it.

Yes, I'd also like to know. This thing looks awesome. Is it real or is it hype?

Any site which promotes a solution to control/direct massive traffic is worth to check upon.
So in the last week of July I went to : and went to the "Traffic Stats"-tab >> "Search %" : very low percentage of visitors from the search engines directly. Which looked alright considering what they are selling, and I had good hopes to find out that the majority of their traffic would come from social media sites.
So on to the "Clickstream"-tab : 10 different websites, but not many social media websites (just 2, twitter and facebook) : not looking good. I started copy pasting the URL's in my browser's address bar, most of them automatically re-directed to ...... socialblaster.com. This also explains the high Bounce rate.
Clever, but to me also proof of the fact that their own software doesn't work. Why fake it when you claim that you know where the traffic is, and that you can re-direct that traffic at will to any website ?
There is also a .net version of the website doing much worse : Like it is said : traffic already exists, you don't have to create it. You have to find your targeted traffic, re-direct it to your offer, and convert it.
Only few are willing to share. I'm always on the lookout for (automatic) ways to re-direct and convert. The quest continues.

If I have overseen something with SocialBlaster I'm ready to listen.
It looked damn promising.

Twas my link you are talking about. Socialblaster is like twitter blaster but with the use of more social networking sites (i.e. not just twitter), and twitter blaster was created by xcubic who made xbird. Xcubic sold the twitter blaster license to the guy who owns socialblaster/twitterblaster. Im not sure if xcubic made socialblaster but i will ask him on facebook right now.

Can you give a quick down and dirty on this? That's the problem with the landing page. Seems like a lot of blah, blah, blah, when a simple diagram would probably work better. Not knocking your product, it just seems a little confusing as to what EXACTLY it IS and what exactly it DOES. Thank you!

His explanation put my mind at ease.
Although he mentioned that he is very busy at Uni now, I asked some more questions.
If the answers are favourable I see no problem in giving it a shot.

I hope to lure people to my autoblogs, and (soon) autoforums. Both filled with affiliate links and CPA offers.

I lost much more money whith other traffic manipulating programs/scripts that were more expensive and utter crap.

That would be a great use of the program g-Vector. I will have the video made and uploaded (camtasia style) in the holidays (end of next week) Just before holidays are always the most busy.

Interesting information that you had brought up. I had actually just done some homework on them myself.

A Whois search shows that the domain (socialblaster*com) was registered May 07, 2009. They are already a PR3. And their Alexa rank is 94K. I have some older domains and I have never gotten to a PR3. They did it in a little over a month.

It looks to me like the Doctor is taking his own medicine. (As in they are using their own product).

So, Here's my primary questions (and I'm sure everyone else has them too) for anybody who has used it and can answer them:

1. How many accounts does it take to get the results show on the sales page (6500 unique visits on a 24 hour old domain)?
2. How much work does that take?
3. Will you get Banned from the social networks for spamming them like that?
4. Will you get Sandboxed from Google for using the software?
5. Is it a "Set it and forget it" solution?

Somebody go buy it and tell us what it's all about. It seems a little too good to be true (thus the hesitation).

Current prices are $150 bucks (one time) or $20 (one time) + $8/mo.

Can I become an affiliate of it?

You want PR4,5,6 - 10 ?
Buy a (expiring/expired/dropped) domain name with high PR.
Let it resolve to one of your hosting accounts. If you have a reseller account, set up an account with the lowest harddisk space and bandwidth possible.
Do not let the domain name you just bought resolve to the same hosting account (website) that you are going to let Google gift the new PR rank, etc to.
Do a permanently moved re-direction (mod-rewrite 301) to your PR0 (or unrated) domain name with an .htaccess file. You must re-direct from high PR to low PR.
Your .htaccess file should look like this : Leave the re-direction permantly active.
Visit your (expiring/expired/dropped) domain name, and check whether it re-directs to your low PR domain name.

Next time that Google's bot visits you, they will de-index everything from the (expiring/expired/dropped) domain name that you bought, and give your low PR domain name all the high PR, and backlinks to the main (expiring/expired/dropped) domain name, etc) that existed.
Can't remember if you also get the domain age advantage if the (expiring/expired/dropped) domain name is older.
Also can't remember, when you are able to take over the (expiring/expired/dropped) domain's content/pages, whether you will also get all the deep backlinks to it's pages.

Basically you get everything built up by the previous owner of the domain name.
If they had DMOZ or Yahoo Directory back links you will have them also.
DMOZ is pretty hard to get, and a Yahoo Directory listings cost something like $299.

This method is also good to get yourself out of Google's Sandbox (if it exists).
You'll also get the "trust" rank of the other domain to rank for your keywords.

If you buy a domain name with existing traffic in your niche, it's even better. You get high PR and more traffic.

A good place to buy expiring/expired/dropped domain names is RegisterCompass.
Check the "domain names" and "domain values" menu options at the top.
I'm not too keen on recommending them anymore. But that has nothing to do with their service. But everything with their discontinuation of one-day tickets. But I'm completely off-topic now.

If you really want it, better get it. They raise the price quickly each time one hundred copies are sold. Each time I checked up, the price had gone up. So I bought it to lock the price. The price has gone up again, I just checked.
Haven't used it yet. It requires anonymous proxies. I would pay for those, and I have no time to put them to use with ForumGenerator.
I'm in JJ's UGTL, Building up an Auto-Empire : setting up autoblogs, setting up auto adsense/affiliate content sites, expanding BHCB sites, expanding CPA offer websites with PPV, demanding gurlie (no problems with that ).
That's the "problem" with this forum. There is just too much to get/buy and try.

No problem.

It is not really necessary. I was just trying to prevent that you waste hard disk space (and bandwidth). You're only hosting a couple of bytes.

BTW, after your finished, you can speed things up by "asking" re-submitting the purchased domain to the SE's.

EDIT : Buy from PR4 upwards, and if you don't mind that untargeted traffic is coming your way (if any) it could be any PR4+ domain. Doesn't have to be in your niche.

EDIT : Make sure that the PR rating is genuine, and that the domain name is clean. Not banned for anything.
