Oh man..this was so funny! Especially since i've seen this in some adult methods! Take a look:

I've seen these kinds of emails before and I replied to a few of them for fun before but never got an answer back. The only purpose I can see is that they want to check if your address is still active.

Yes that too..but usually they will reply back and try to push some dating website.

and the name of the email owner is: Charlotte!

What a rookie mistake!
 
Probably dating spam or an infected attachment. Test mails to see if an address is still valid are usually very short or empty.
 
Although Her English Sucks but she(in the form on he is ) beautiful.
 
The picture is probably from a poor unsuspecting female on facebook and its probably a guy. I like e-mail marketing but if the pic doesn't belong to him/her and if he is using someone else's pic without permission he is infringing on their rights.

I think the bad english is on purpose, like this makes you more curious.
