Who is the best Proxy provider?

My VPS' provider has been bitching to me about some complains received from honeypot sites and sometimes I get suspended temporarily till I reply them to resolve the issue... and yes, it is freaking distracting.

I have never tried proxies before, but I think now is a good time to try it.
So may I ask who is the best proxy provider so far?

I am looking for anonymous and fast proxy IPs. And since I am quite new to this, it would be even better if it allows me to buy 1 proxy first and at a cheap price.

Will +Rep so please do advice me :D

i also agree with http://www.buyproxies.org i'm there for some time and the are the best every month new ip's and you can do what you want with it
 
Do you know if they support connections over SSL? I've read that if your proxy does not, they your real IP will be revealed if the website (page) you are connecting to requires SSL.

Why are you bumping a 3+ year old thread to ask that? All you would've had to do is type that in Google and you'd of had an answer, or just open another post and ask there. You don't even mention the place you're asking about. If you were that worried about it just ask the people you're looking to buy the proxies from, not in some old ass thread that had nothing to do with your question in the first place. I'm not even trying to be a dick or anything, but cmon. Lol
 
Our elite proxies are completely anonymous and have no service/bandwidth restrictions; we believe they'd be the best proxies for your purpose.

Can you share the locations of your proxies?, also if buy proxies I'll have new proxies ore recycle proxies?
