I have had some luck with a couple of trial CPA offers but also want to run a couple of email/zip submits.

I say luck because I have made money without setting up any websites just direct linking to my affiliate offer. I had a few issues in the beginning with getting my ads approved because of the wording of my copy, which leaves me kind of stuck when thinking about running a email/zip offer because I don't want to run an ad that tells people they need to actually participate in something in order to get what I am advertising.

Well why don't you throw up something like a free iphone email submit for a test and see how it goes.

I signed up for a few affiliates today hoping to do this, but I am waiting for their approval.

That's another thing that surprises people, not having any sites, I just send traffic to my offers direct, in some cases I know I could be making extra money with a site but pushing traffic to offers is a guaranteed way of making money, if you send 1000 clicks and only make one sale a month, then you need to bump up the volume and send 100,000 hits to it, this is all a numbers game
