Who is offering the best shared proxies atm?

I was just wondering who you guys think is offering the best shared proxies at the moment? I know shared proxies are not as good as private, but they are better than free and may do what I think I need, time will tell, so who do you guys like at present?

I thought they were different questions, one says who is the best the other says how do you rate this specific company, I could have put them in the same post but I thought they were different so I posted one thread for each, however I appreciate there is a similarity and I don't want to upset anyone, if I have my apologies. My bipolar sometimes gives me a skewed view of reality, I am very sorry.
