the dns lookup points out to google.com ? Can someone help put?

It's a Blogger blog with a heavily modified theme, which is why it shows as Google.

Yea but how does he get his own url address not showing blogger.com if its hosted there ?
or were is it actually hosted at?

you have that option if you have a blogger blog somewhere in admin, to enter your own domain but still keep the files on their server and everything.

In Blogger you can have a custom domain while you are still hosting it in blogger
