Who is behind all those BSO Gfx ?

I'm kind of curious, not sure if you guys are curious about this as well but...

This question has come to my mind several times before:

"Who is designing all those neat comic styled BSO offers here @ the BHW Marketplace?"

This kind of advertising style is so common to BHW and uncommon to other places

Anyone got a clue why it is like that and how this style evolved and manifested here on BHW?

Not sure when it started but all of the shiny BST's are designed by a designer. A lot of guys do it and I have even seen threads dedicated to just BST design.
