... to monitor the number of pages indexed.

I have a website I have done some "stuff" to and I want to monitor how many pages are indexed each month.

What is the best tool to factually monitor this?

I know I've taken it from 220,000 to something like 76,000... but I want to monitor this with graphs and things.

Anyone want to suggest something?

thanks

I'm guessing google webmaster tools are out of the picture?

you could just do it with scrapebox and run checks daily.

however, you'd need a shit ton of proxies.

i don't think there will be a tool to do it for you, for the same reason, too many proxies needed.

To do one query per day? Negative.

All he needs to do is query site:domain.com daily.

Could have someone code something up custom for you for like 20 bucks, graphs and all.. Best bet if you don't have access to analytics.

if you want the tracking rankings then you could try SERPCloud and for index checking many fellow have given advice above.
