After I purchased it, I received an email with my username and password. But I can't find the IP address and other information, so I can't use SSH to connect. :weep::weep::weep:

I haven't used them before, but do you have access to IPMI or a similar tool?
Has an OS been installed?
If so, you should be able to get the IP address that way. However, this is really a question for their support team. That's what support is there for, after all.
 
As first what you need to do, write to support team of this hosting. Not here :)
