Who has experience with low/high volume mass mailing?

I need at least a 70% inbox rate. I need to send 2-5k emails a day. Please point me to resources.

I've looked on BHW. I tried the below thread, but my inbox rates were horrible and I had troubles with getting black listed. Most other threads I've found are essentially the same.

Few k's per day isnt high volume.
For this volume there are tons of ESP(Email service providers) that will allow you to send it for free of cost.

Depends on the list too, if its scraped then forget it, u will need to set up a vps but i dont think setting up a vps just to send out few k mails is worth your time, and on the other hand if its your own subscribers list DOI then any ESP out there would be happy to accept you.

Max you will be spending around $10-20/mn, again if you do some internet search there are tons of esps that will allow you to mail it for free...
