Who does ads that look like 'download' buttons ?

Hi all, i am currently building a site which was as first intended for CPA use but i seem to have hit a brick wall where that is concerned, so i figured another good way to moneytize the site would be to place those advertisments on the site which say 'download' or 'play' on them.

Does anyone know which ad network provide these types of advertisements ?

I have a accounts with bidvertiser and black label ads that i haven't used since 2006/07 but i don't know if these ads are available there.

AdBrite. Also those ads shows upon the geo location, you can't set them manually.

I get those same ads with adsense from time to time. Those download button ads are only worth a few pennies per click though.

Yield ads, but they're crappy network.

whenever i try to check my dl speeds on speedtest.net, i almost always click on one of their sneaky download ads. you can reverse engineer who their ad server is.
